What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent. Once your request is processed, your profile, enrolled courses, exam history, rankings, purchase records, and any content you created will be permanently removed from our systems. You will not be able to recover this information.

Before You Delete

• Download any certificates or notes you want to keep.
• Complete or cancel any pending payments or orders.
• Note that active subscriptions will not be refunded.
• You will lose access to all purchased courses immediately.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to your Admission Assistant account.
2. Open this page and click the Delete Account button below.
3. Confirm your decision in the popup that appears.
4. Your account will be permanently deleted 24 hours after your request is submitted.

Deletion Timeline

• Your request is received immediately after confirmation.
• You have a 24-hour grace period during which the account is deactivated but not yet erased.
• Within this 24-hour window, you may contact support to cancel the deletion request.
• After 24 hours, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
