Admission Assistant ("we", "us" or "our") helps students in Bangladesh prepare for university admission tests through MCQ practice, model tests, question banks, eligibility checks and admission information. a. Information you give us

• Account details: your name, mobile number, password (stored in encrypted form), institution, HSC batch and academic group.
• Verification: one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your mobile number to verify your account or reset your password.
• Academic information: SSC/HSC GPA or results you enter into tools such as the eligibility checker or GPA calculator.
• Support requests: messages, feedback and call-back requests you send us, including the phone number and details you provide.

b. Information created as you use the Service

• Practice and exam activity: answers, scores, model test results, rankings and progress.
• Subscription and order history: plans purchased, amounts, dates and payment status.
• Usage data: pages and features you use, buttons you tap, searches, and the time and date of your visits.
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and app version.

c. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket and SSLCOMMERZ. We do not see or store your full card number, PIN or wallet password. We only receive the information needed to confirm your payment, such as the transaction ID, amount and status.

d. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme), and understand how the Service is used. We also use analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set their own cookies. 3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers: companies that help us run the Service, such as payment providers, SMS and OTP gateways, hosting, analytics and advertising partners. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Public rankings: if you take part in ranked exams or leaderboards, your name, institution and score may be shown to other users.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or a government authority of Bangladesh, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or Admission Assistant.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. After you delete your account, we remove your profile and study data. We may keep limited records, such as payment and transaction records, for as long as required by law or to resolve disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encrypted password storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password private and do not share your account.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and correction: you can view and update most of your details from your profile, or ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Account deletion: you can delete your account and personal data at any time from the Delete Account page.
• Marketing: you can opt out of promotional messages by following the instructions in the message or by contacting us.
• Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is made for students preparing for university admission, many of whom may be under 18. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian believes we hold information about their child that should be removed, please contact us and we will delete it.
